To key-in all reservations and confirmed through email or fax within the same day. To assist guest in arranging for taxis, travel and tour arrangement and other Concierge related service. To respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints they may have. This may include providing extra amenities, arranging transportation, or addressing maintenance concerns.
