Job Description

Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre (PKLCC), owned by Permodalan Nasional Berhad and managed by Attana Hotels & Resorts Sdn. Bhd., is currently looking for young, dynamic and energetic individuals for the following position:

Guest Service Assistant

  • To handle all guests requests promptly by documenting down the request using the right form and immediately notify the specific department for resolving the issue/requests.
  • To ensure that cashiering followed SOP.
  • To ensure the preparations for all expected arrivals for the day is complete at the beginning of a shift.
  • To key-in all reservations and confirmed through email or fax within the same day.
  • To assist guest in arranging for taxis, travel and tour arrangement and other Concierge related service.
  • To respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints they may have. This may include providing extra amenities, arranging transportation, or addressing maintenance concerns.
