Responsible for the overall operation of the Club Floor by providing excellent guest services, supervision, direction and leadership. Meeting and greeting guests/customers Responding to guests'/customers' inquiries Building rapport with guests/customers Assisting guests/customers with complaints and resolving and communicating all guest/customer service issues  Monitoring the employees' performance. Train staff to perform allocated roles

-  Guiding the front office team and coordinating the team's work schedules -  Able to work in a fast-paced environment in managing the multifarious operation concerns and    expectations of guests -  Overseeing operations, including maintenance, cleanliness and efficiency -  Ensuring that security and safety regulations are met -  Monitoring employee performance. -  Supervising employees and handling customer issues or questions -  Scheduling employee shifts

To deliver the most complete and personalized service as may be required in all areas of Guest Service Operations. To assist hotel guest efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times. Personally and frequently verifies that guests are receiving the best possible service during check-in and check-out. Register hotel's guests in accordance with Front Office policies and procedures Be familiar with the hotel’s products and services and policies. Ensure all complaints and requests are immediately resolved and follow through with relevant supporting departments

Be familiar with hotel product knowledge and related activities. To ensure seamless relationship between clients and other departments To assist Director of Sales & Marketing to prepare proposal, contract and banquet event order of clients. Liaise with clients and other relevant departments to ensure all arrangement of event is in order and meets the client’s need Process sales order, invoicing and general sales administrative work To follow up on client’s enquiry and to show prospective clients the facilities of the hotel To ensure client’s satisfaction by getting feedback before and after event Adhoc duties as and when assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
