Responsibilities
To maintain Brand Standards and a high standard of service in the Bar, Restaurant and Room Service at all times, ensuring that all guest expectations are exceeded.
To promote sales and upsell at all times for both food and beverage items.
To ensure that all daily operating and cleaning tasks are carried out on a daily basis.
To ensure that all hotel corridors are kept clear from rubbish, glassware and crockery at all times.
To be fully conversant with the Hotel Fire and Emergency procedures
To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance at all times
Manage corporate and group event bookings for all F&B venues.
Handle all inquiries regarding F&B venue booking.
Compile contacts and create VIP/Repeat guest data
