Confirm bookings with guests.
Process amendments, cancellations, and special requests.

Monitor room inventory and availability.
Ensure room types and rates are correctly assigned.
Prevent overbooking and identify booking discrepancies.
3. Guest Communication
Answer inquiries about room rates, facilities, promotions, and hotel policies.
Provide accurate information to guests and travel agents.
Follow up on pending reservations and confirmations.
4. Coordinate with Other Departments
Inform Front Office of VIPs, special requests, and group arrivals.
Coordinate with Housekeeping regarding room readiness.
Work with Sales on group bookings and contracts.
5. Revenue Support
Promote room upgrades and packages.
Ensure correct rates are applied.
Monitor booking trends and occupancy levels.
