The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring guest satisfaction, and assisting with employee training and development. Responsibilities: Manage front desk operations, including the check-in/check-out process, guest inquiries, and phone calls Ensure that guests receive exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints Maintain accurate records and reports, including cash handling and room assignments Supervise, train, and coach front desk staff Assist with scheduling and payroll Ensure that all front office equipment and supplies are maintained and in good working order Keep up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and promotions Willing to work night shift

Supervise room attendants and public area attendants. Assign daily cleaning tasks and room allocations. Inspect guest rooms after cleaning. Ensure public areas are clean and presentable. Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, and amenities. Report and follow up on maintenance issues. Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping. Train new staff on cleaning procedures and standards. Maintain lost-and-found records. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel SOPs. Coordinate with Front Office for room status updates (Vacant Clean, Occupied, Out of Order, etc.). Prepare daily housekeeping reports.

Deliver guest requests such as extra towels, amenities, or packages. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Arrange transportation or assist with taxis and valet services. Store and retrieve luggage safely from the luggage room. Handle guest inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage area. Report maintenance issues or suspicious activities to supervisors or security. Assist guests with special needs whenever possible. Thank guests and wish them a pleasant stay upon departure.
