To promote sales and upsell at all times for both food and beverage items. To ensure that all daily operating and cleaning tasks are carried out on a daily basis. To ensure that all hotel corridors are kept clear from rubbish, glassware and crockery at all times. 1. Handle Reservations Receive booking requests by phone, email, website, travel agents, and online travel agencies (OTAs). Enter reservations accurately into the PMS/IDB system. Confirm bookings with guests. Process amendments, cancellations, and special requests. 2. Check Room Availability Monitor room inventory and availability. Ensure room types and rates are correctly assigned. Prevent overbooking and identify booking discrepancies. 3. Guest Communication Answer inquiries about room rates, facilities, promotions, and hotel policies. Provide accurate information to guests and travel agents. Follow up on pending reservations and confirmations. 4. Coordinate with Other Departments Inform Front Office of VIPs, special requests, and group arrivals.
