Job Summary
The Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and purchasing support to the Housekeeping Department. The role ensures efficient management of departmental documentation, staff attendance records, overtime monitoring, inventory control, purchasing activities, and operational reporting while supporting the Executive Housekeeper in achieving departmental objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Documentation
Maintain all housekeeping records, filing systems, and departmental documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports.
Record and update housekeeping staff attendance, leave, medical leave, and absenteeism records.
Monitor staff overtime and prepare monthly overtime summaries for payroll processing.
Assist in preparing staff duty rosters and manpower schedules.
Maintain training records, disciplinary records, and employee files within the department.
