Ensures that all employees provide exceptional guest service at all times. Provides excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate. Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships. Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily. Assists in supervising and participating of day to day function of Outlet operation, sales, expenses, services and maintains a high level efficiency in operations and ensures that the requirements of guests and the Hotel Standard are met.

Check the quality and taste of food and beverages served and provide feedback when needed. Monitor service, food, and beverage standards and take action to correct any issues. Conduct regular inspections of Food & Beverage operations with the Executive Chef. Share ideas and suggestions to improve menus, products, and services. Conduct monthly stock checks on equipment and supplies. Work closely with the Kitchen and Beverage Departments to ensure smooth operations and quality control. Ensure only fresh and quality products are used in food and beverage preparation. Ensure the outlet is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
