OUTLET MANAGER (FOOD AND BEVERAGES)

RM4,500 - RM5,500 monthly

Job Description

  • Check the quality and taste of food and beverages served and provide feedback when needed.
  • Monitor service, food, and beverage standards and take action to correct any issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections of Food & Beverage operations with the Executive Chef.
  • Share ideas and suggestions to improve menus, products, and services.
  • Conduct monthly stock checks on equipment and supplies.
  • Work closely with the Kitchen and Beverage Departments to ensure smooth operations and quality control.
  • Ensure only fresh and quality products are used in food and beverage preparation.
  • Ensure the outlet is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
  • Manage the outlet efficiently to achieve profit targets while maintaining good service standards.
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping Department to ensure cleaning schedules are followed.
  • Train, coach, and guide employees to improve their skills and performance.
  • Prepare and manage weekly staff schedules according to business needs.
  • Work with the Training Department to organize and conduct employee training programs.
  • Ensure employees understand and follow company policies, rules, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming among employees.
  • Adapt to changes in company policies, hotel operations, and industry requirements.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
