Job Description
Serve food and Beverage to guests according to standard set
Handles guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
Stationed in the assigned area of the dining / outlet during service hours unless specifically assigned elsewhere
Maintains neatness and cleanliness at assigned station, back area and dining area throughout the day
Prepares necessary mise en place concerning the operations
Ensures that the buffet must continuously refill, serving spoon/fork are cleaned, sufficient supply of dishes and that food is hot and presented in an attractive manner.
Job Requirement
Fresh Graduates in Hotel management.
Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Possesses integrity and maintain confidential information.
