Job Description

Seeking a professional and proactive F&B Service Intern. This role offers an immersive experience in high-standard dining operations, ranging from daily restaurant service to large-scale banquet events. The intern will support the service team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences and maintaining impeccable dining room standards.

​Primary Responsibilities

  • Service Excellence: Assist in the setup, service, and clearing of tables in accordance with established fine-dining or casual-dining protocols.
  • Guest Engagement: Welcome guests, present menus, and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings, including dietary considerations.
  • Mise-en-Place: Ensure all service stations are fully stocked, and that chinaware, glassware, and cutlery meet cleanliness and polishing standards.
  • Banquet & Events: Support the execution of events, weddings, and corporate functions as required by the operations schedule.

    • Monthly Allowance: RM500 per month.
