Job Description 1. To ensure smooth coordination between Sales Department, Front Office, Reservations Department, Food & Beverage Department, and Credit Manager. 2. Leads from Sales Banquet Department or any other source must be investigated and obtain clients' requirements as detailed as possible and ensure information is passed down to superior/s. 6. Main Responsibilities   To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email, preparing brochures as required. Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders). Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.  Maintains complete and supported records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the hotel Raising invoices. Promote awareness of Hotel and brand image internally and externally. Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials).
