Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen. Present menus and provide explanations for menu items. Offer additional beverages and digestive to guests. Clear tables efficiently after guests have finished their meals. Reset tables promptly for the next guests. Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet is maintained at all times. Assist with events in the restaurant and functions in the meeting room.

  Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to our Restaurant’s standards to ensure superior service. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Assist in stocking linens, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of simple food items and beverages.  Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
