Job Description

  1. Welcome guests in a warm and courteous manner.
  2. Attend to orders and serve guest/s needs in a timely manner and efficiently in line with the department’s standards.
  3. Ensure that the restaurant service area is clean, tidy and that mise-en-place is in order.
  4. Ensure good product knowledge of the F&B menus and promotion.
  5. Ensure that the departmental menus/promotion flyers are up-to date.
  6. To participate in cross-training to ensure you are able to work within any section within the F&B department.
  7. Be fully conversant with all the F&B Department practices and procedures
  8. To promote the hotel’s facilities and to upsell at every opportunity,
  9. Efficiently manage and ensure that all equipment is polished and stored correctly as per the department’s standards.
  10. Maintain cleanliness within your areas of responsibility on daily basis.
