Main Responsibilities   To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email, preparing brochures as required. Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders). Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.  Maintains complete and supported records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the hotel Raising invoices.
