Responsibilities: Ensure that all guests check in, check out and enquiries are handled promptly and efficiently. Ensure guest data entry during registration is accurate. Liaise with relevant departments such as Housekeeping or Maintenance regarding room status or guest request. Maintain, update and manage guest data in Opera system. Strive to serve guests with professionalism and absolute courtesy at all times.  Requirements: Good interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction. 1 or 2 years of related experience is an advantage. Proficiency in Mandarin is required. A good team player and strive to have a career in Hospitality industry.
