Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all guests check in, check out and enquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure guest data entry during registration is accurate.
  • Liaise with relevant departments such as Housekeeping or Maintenance regarding room status or guest request.
  • Maintain, update and manage guest data in Opera system.
  • Strive to serve guests with professionalism and absolute courtesy at all times. 

Requirements:

  • Applicants must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
  • Fresh graduates from Hotel Management School or SPM leavers are encouraged to apply. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferably applicants who are able to converse and communicate in English.
  • Pleasant, warm and friendly personality.
  • A good team player and strive to have a career in Hospitality industry.
