Conduct monthly stock checks on equipment and supplies.
Work closely with the Kitchen and Beverage Departments to ensure smooth operations and quality control.
Ensure only fresh and quality products are used in food and beverage preparation.
Ensure the outlet is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
Manage the outlet efficiently to achieve profit targets while maintaining good service standards.
Coordinate with the Housekeeping Department to ensure cleaning schedules are followed.
Train, coach, and guide employees to improve their skills and performance.
