High school or equivalent, preferably from a professional culinary school. Excellent attention to detail. Good team player & required to work on shifts.

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen. Present menus and provide explanations for menu items. Offer additional beverages and digestive to guests. Clear tables efficiently after guests have finished their meals. Reset tables promptly for the next guests. Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet is maintained at all times. Assist with events in the restaurant and functions in the meeting room.

Main Responsibilities   To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email, preparing brochures as required. Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders).
