  Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to our Restaurant’s standards to ensure superior service. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Assist in stocking linens, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of simple food items and beverages.  Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

To give personalize service and attention to guests during their stay and ensuring guests special requests are accomplished. In other words, maximize number of guest receiving personalize attention whereby optimum guest satisfaction is achieved. To ensure maximizing the revenue to achieve budget that has been established.

- Fix broken lights, room locks, and leaking pipes. - Service heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) units. - Do daily and weekly room and equipment checks. - Answer quick repair calls for guests or the front desk. - Keep a log of all completed repairs and parts used.
