Job Description
- Fix broken lights, room locks, and leaking pipes.
- Service heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) units.
- Do daily and weekly room and equipment checks.
- Answer quick repair calls for guests or the front desk.
- Keep a log of all completed repairs and parts used.
