Job Purpose To supervises Front Office team members and ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedback and guest satisfaction. Responsibility Ensure smooth operation on a daily basis Enhance overall guest experience during their stay Supervise and direct the Front Office team Ensure all colleagues are kept up-to-date with hotel products and services Monitor all arrivals and departures from a guest experience perspective Respond to emergencies according to standard operating procedure (SOP) and ensure the safety of guests and colleagues Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
