Your main duties center on the procedural and personal dimensions as applied in the delivery of the guest experience in guest rooms, function rooms, public areas and all hotel M&E facilities areas including of cafe, spa and retail outlets. You will assist in: Maintaining, installing and repairing all mechanical & electrical equipment and building services. Setup, care, handling, maintains and repair of the audio visual, sound, lighting, conference and relevant equipment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and all hotel facilities. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and other building systems. Attend to daily maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work orders.
