Job Description

Job Descriptions:
1. Motivate and guide all service associates to maintain the excellent customer service skills. 
2. Train new staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for all team members. 
3. Welcome all guests to the outlet, take accurate orders and offer recommendation and suggestions. 
4. Seek guest feedback regularly and share the feedback with F&B Supervisor and the culinary team. 
5. Well verse in Food & Beverage service sequence. 
6. Work closely with the kitchen team in ensuring highest food quality is produced for guest. 
7. Carry out cashiering duties including payment collection and postings for the outlet. Ensure sufficient cash float with various denominations is maintained. 
8. Ensure all set up in the outlet is ready prior to the commencement of meal period. Provide special and personalize set up for special occasions, eg: honeymoon, anniversary, etc. 

Requirements:
1. Minimum 1- 2 years working experience as F&B captain in hospitality environment. 
2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team. 
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Committed to deliver high levels of customer service.
5. Ability to work under pressure.
6. Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
7. Open for Malaysian only.
