Job Description

Job Descriptions:
1. Stay focused on the resort’s Vision and ensuring all tasks carried out are in accordance to the resort’s established Mission Statement.
2. Carry out guest registration process and payment collection accurately and efficiently.
3. Post in relevant guest transactions incurred promptly and accurately. 
4. Fully responsible for daily cash float. Remit all monies collected to accounts department based on stipulated policy.
5. Provide excellent and warmth service to all guests with a genuine smile.
6. Ensure a high satisfaction index from all guests with regards to the product quality and service standards.
7. Up-sell room and all other business opportunities within the resort to maximize profitability for the resort, including various recreational activities.
8. Submit required daily reports to the accounts department or management.
9. Prioritize guest safety while participating in activities organized in-house, including during boat transfers.
10. Schedule and arrange outsourced boat services, as well as land transfers through appointed service providers. Update all records immediately and accurately.

Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
2. 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience will be added advantage. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
3. Ability to work under pressure.
4. Willing to work on shift basis. 
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin speaking will be added advantage. 
6. Computer literate (MS Office and PMS System).
6. Open for Malaysian only.
