· Ensures that all files and records of accounts are up to date and secure at all times.
· Maintain and update all records for the effective operation of management.
· Responsible for the hotel databases by market segment separately
· Performs any assignments as delegated by Director of Sales & Marketing and all sales staff
· Makes every effort through his / her duties that the guests of the hotel, the sales staff and the staff from all departments concerned are made as comfortable and as contented as possible.
· Ensure confidentiality of all information discussed and correspondence to and from Sales office.
· Ensures that all telephone communication to and from Sales Office is handled promptly and in a professional manner.
· Ensure all guests of all sales staff are welcomed with a courteous and professional attitude.
· To maintain good working relationship with your own colleagues and all other departments.
· Responsible for the quotation and confirmation letter issued from the Sales Office
· Ensure that all the data is updated in Delphi if this system is available. Otherwise keep all data updated if using other format.
· To assist Director of Sales & Marketing in preparing the Sales Promotion Material which print out from Sales Office or follow up with the printer for delivery date and collect items ordered.
· To schedule and remind all sales staff for the special occasion of our customers and handle requests for cake / wine order and Greeting card.
· To do the Tele-Marketing in order to search for the new prospects for the hotel.
· Make sure that all office equipment is handled with care and keep in good order at all times.
· Attend training as assigned.
· Prepares induction documents for new sales staff and is a part of the sales and marketing introduction program.
· Use at all times the standards set by the Amari policy when it comes to quotations, letter etc.
· Is always on time and groomed according to the Amari policy.
· Responsible for minimizing environmental impacts and delivering results against the hotel’s environmental goal.
· Perform other duties as may be assigned.
