1. Assist in verifying all marketing and advertising (eg; print advertisement etc…) for the hotel be it on print material or digital channels.  2.To prepare press releases and ensures their timely delivery to all publications that are part of our press list, including radio and TV channels. 3.Assists the Marcom team in developing programs for better awareness campaigns and F&B promotions.  4.Promotes activities and creates artwork accordingly for promotion or events.  5.Handles customer and media complaints, requests and inquiries accurately.  6.Aware of the strengths and weaknesses of our competitors in order to maximize success in selling against them through Public Relations and Marketing strategies.

Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott, including up-selling. Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.  Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns. Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing      

As a Sales Manager, you are fully competent individual who has experience in the sales processes and functions of a hotel. You would be responsible for representing the hotel's services and facilities to prospective and existing clients in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
