Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Manage, supervise and lead the team in front office to attain excellent customer service and maximizing profitability for the rooms division.
  • Ensure a high satisfaction index from all guests with regards to the product quality and service standard.
  • Up-sell room and all other business opportunities within the resort to maximize profitability for the resort, including various recreational activities.
  • Conduct regular training, guidance and continuous motivation program for all Front Office associates.
  • Produce and submit required statistical reports and analysis within the time frame.
  • Provide excellent and warmth service to all guests with a genuine smile. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
  • Strong organizational, budget management and problem solving.
  • Open for Malaysian only.
