Job Descriptions:
1. Supervise the Food & Beverage Captain and Assistant, ensuring that restaurant operations run smoothly and efficiently.
2. Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring all areas meet service standards and provide a high-quality experience to guests.
3. Address customer complaints and concerns tactfully, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
4. Conduct monthly inventory.
5. Train new staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for all team members.
6. Attend meetings and briefing, especially in the absence of the restaurant manager.
7. Continuously improve the guest experience by upholding high service and product standards.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years working experience in a supervisory role in hospitality environment.
2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
3. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Committed to deliver high levels of customer service.
5. Ability to work under pressure.
6. Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
