The Kuala Lumpur Journal Hotel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must be bilingual, with proficiency in English, and possess at least two years of proven experience in the hotel industry. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
- Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support.
- Manage inventory and ensure all supplies are stocked and maintained.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
- Prepare daily reports and other administrative duties.
- Assist in training and developing staff.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience in the hotel industry, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work shift and night shift, including weekends and holidays.
