Job Description

The Bellman is responsible for the efficient handling guests’ luggage during check-in and check-out. Consistently strive to ensure that all guests received the highest standard of personalized services at all times.

Your duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • To meet all arriving guests and ensured that their luggage are send up to their room within 5 minutes.
  • To maintain a detailed record of luggage movement that is being handled during checks in and checks out. Appropriate Luggage tags are also to be used.
  • To provide door service for all guests such as assisting with hand luggage, loading and unloading of luggage for guests, opening and closing of cars and taxi doors.
  • To ensure that all luggage or items stored at the Luggage Storage room are accurately recorded in the Storage Record book and items tagged and all equipment are maintained in a clean working condition.
  • To deliver morning newspapers on a daily basis to all guest rooms and do paging for guests at Lobby Level only.
