Job Description
Beverage supervises day‑to‑day beverage service delivery to ensure smooth operations, consistent adherence to service standards, and an exceptional guest experience. The role acts as the frontline leader, bridging operational expectations between management and service teams. It oversees shift activities, staff performance, service readiness, and compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements across beverage outlets and events.
The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre is a world-class facility designed to host International and regional conventions, trade shows, public exhibitions and entertainment events as well as other functions. The convention centre is strategically located within the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
