Catering/Banquet Supervisor

The Operations Services Supervisor supervises day‑to‑day catering service operations to support consistent, high‑quality event delivery within the Centre. The role oversees manpower allocation, service execution, equipment readiness, and operational flow across events. It ensures adherence to service standards, food safety, workplace safety, and compliance with the Centre’s Business Management System (BMS). Operating in a live MICE environment, the position contributes to efficient operations, team performance, and continuous improvement.
