Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual aesthetics and a portfolio that demonstrates creativity, illustrative design, typography, and effective visual communication.

The candidate should have experience working across various design platforms and formats, including digital and print media, and be able to translate creative concepts into compelling visual content that aligns with the hotel’s brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all media and communication channels.
• Develop and produce creative and engaging designs, including logos, marketing collaterals, promotional materials, digital content, print materials, and social media assets.
• Conceptualise and execute creative ideas that effectively communicate the hotel’s brand, products, services, campaigns, and promotions.
• Stay updated on current design trends, industry standards, emerging technologies, social media trends, and the competitive landscape to ensure the hotel’s visual communications remain fresh and relevant.
• Serve as the hotel’s official photographer for events, campaigns, and key activities, while providing photography support to other departments when required.
• Work closely with the Assistant Marketing Communications Manager, Marketing Communications Manager and/or Director of Revenue & Marketing to develop brochures, fact sheets, sales and press kit folders, flyers, promotional materials, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing collaterals.
• Ensure all creative materials are delivered according to established brand guidelines, quality standards, deadlines, and campaign requirements.
• Organise and maintain design files, photography assets, and other creative resources for easy access and future use.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Strong creative, conceptual, typography, layout, and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant graphic design and creative software, with the ability to work across digital and print formats.
• Strong understanding of branding, composition, colour theory, typography, and design principles.
• A strong and relevant portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.
• Photography skills and experience in event photography will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, time-management, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within deadlines in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Fresh graduates with strong design skills and a compelling portfolio are encouraged to apply.
