We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Assistant Marketing Communications (Asst. MarCom) Manager to lead our marketing and communications initiatives. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies to strengthen brand awareness and drive revenue.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for rooms, food & beverage promotions, meetings, events, and special packages.
  • Manage the hotels' digital presence, including websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and online travel channels.
  • Create, edit, and oversee marketing materials such as advertisements, brochures, press releases, newsletters, promotional videos, and other collateral.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate media relations, public relations activities, influencer collaborations, and promotional events.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Food & Beverage, Front Office, and other departments to support business objectives and promotional activities.
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Manage the marketing budget and liaise with external agencies, designers, photographers, printers, and other vendors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Communications, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and public relations.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Creative mindset with strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) and content management systems is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with photography, videography, and basic photo/video editing is an added advantage.
  • Analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
