Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and recommend food and beverage selections.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Ensure guests' needs are attended to throughout their dining experience.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve service issues professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, service stations, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel service standards at all times.
• Assist in buffet setup, banquet functions, and other Food & Beverage operations as required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor or Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or café is an added advantage.
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays, and split shifts when required.
• A team player with a willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
