Job Description

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage and update the resort’s social media platforms and website content.
- Create marketing materials such as posters, flyers, and promotional captions.
- Coordinate with other departments for events, promotions, and guest activities.
- Respond to online inquiries and assist with guest communications when required.
- Monitor and collect feedback from guests through online reviews and social media.
- Assist in taking photos and videos for marketing purposes.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and marketing documents.
- Help maintain the resort’s brand image and marketing standards.
- Liaise with suppliers, media partners, and advertising agencies when necessary.
- Assist during resort events, exhibitions, and promotional roadshows.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Marketing Manager.
