The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering professional spa treatments and therapies to clients, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. This role requires strong knowledge of massage techniques, skincare, and holistic wellness practices, combined with excellent customer service skills.
Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, and aromatherapy.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and spa facilities.
Prepare treatment areas and ensure all equipment and products are ready for use.
Promote spa services and products to clients.
Keep accurate records of treatments performed and client preferences.
Stay updated on new techniques, products, and wellness trends.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Diploma or certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or related field.
Proven experience as a spa therapist or similar role.
Knowledge of different massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, etc.).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform treatments effectively.
