Job Description
Job Purpose:
To monitor and audit all revenue-generating activities of the hotel, ensuring that all income is correctly captured, posted, and reconciled against the General Ledger in compliance with internal controls and standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
· Daily Revenue Audit
· F&B & Outlet Reconciliation
· Discrepancy & Control Management
· Reporting & Compliance
Qualifications & Skills:
· Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
· Experience: Previous experience in hotel accounting or as a Night Auditor is highly preferred.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) and POS systems.
· Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
· Competencies: High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet tight daily deadlines.
