Job Summary
The Wellness & Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa and wellness facilities, ensuring high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. This role manages staff, maintains service standards, and promotes wellness programs aligned with the brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily spa and wellness operations (treatment rooms, facilities, cleanliness)
  • Ensure smooth scheduling of appointments and staff allocation
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality

2. Guest Experience

  • Ensure excellent customer service and personalized guest experience
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery
  • Build strong relationships with repeat and VIP guests

3. Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervise therapists and spa staff
  • Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance
  • Conduct performance evaluations and coaching

4. Sales & Revenue

  • Drive spa revenue through packages, promotions, and upselling
  • Monitor daily sales, targets, and financial performance
  • Develop marketing strategies in collaboration with Sales & Marketing team

5. Wellness Programs

  • Develop and implement wellness programs (e.g., massage, yoga, detox, relaxation therapies)
  • Ensure treatments meet professional and brand standards
  • Stay updated with wellness trends and introduce new services

6. Inventory & Budget Control

  • Manage stock of spa products, oils, and equipment
  • Control costs and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Work within budget and prepare financial reports

7. Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Maintain SOPs and spa policies
  • Ensure therapists are properly certified and trained

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Spa Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spa/wellness operations
  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments and wellness programs
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Good communication and customer service skills
