Assistant Beverage Supervisor

The Operations Services Assistant Supervisor – Beverage supports day-to-day beverage
service operations across outlets and event functions. The role assists in supervising
frontline teams, ensuring service readiness, guest satisfaction, and adherence to service
standards, SOPs, and safety requirements. Working under the direction of the Assistant
Beverage Manager, the role contributes to smooth service flow, operational accuracy, and
consistent delivery quality. The position acts as a shift leader and escalation point in the
absence of the Operations Services Supervisor
