Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Finance and Assistant Director of Finance in controlling and safeguarding the hotel’s assets and revenue
  • Oversee the Accounts Payable function and ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Prepare month-end closing and Balance Sheet movement analysis
  • Monitor financial performance and interpret Profit & Loss statements
  • Support yield management and financial planning activities
  • Assist with General Cashier duties when required
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the finance team to achieve departmental objectives

Requirements

  • Degree or recognized professional qualification in Accountancy
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the hotel industry
  • Strong financial knowledge with the ability to interpret Profit & Loss statements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership, administrative, and planning skills
  • High level of accuracy with excellent time management abilities
