Internship (Water Park & Recreation Department)

Job Summary

The Water Park & Recreation Intern assists in the daily operations of the water park and recreational facilities. The intern will support guest activities, safety monitoring, event coordination, and facility upkeep while gaining hands-on experience in hospitality and recreational management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising water park and recreational activities

• Ensure guest safety and follow all safety procedures and guidelines

• Support lifeguards and recreation staff during operations

• Help organize games, events, and guest engagement activities

• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of recreation equipment

• Provide friendly customer service to guests

• Assist with opening and closing procedures

• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors

• Support administrative tasks when required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Sijil/diploma/degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Sports Science, Recreation, or related field

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

• Able to work weekends and public holidays

• Basic swimming ability is an advantage
