Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities

-Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

-Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees

-Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases

-Assist in preparing HR documents including contracts, letters, and reports

-Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management

-Handle basic employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team

-Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of HR information


Requirements
