SUMMARY OF POSITION :
Assistant Human Resources Manager is responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of Human Resources plans and programs are realized.
SCOPE:
Enhances the organization Human Resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, employee activity, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Formulates and administers the Human Resources policies and procedures of the hotel.
Familiarizes self with corporate HR manual.
Prepares and maintain a HR manual for the hotel including philosophy, policies and procedures.
Recruitment of staff.
Ensure the selection of right candidate for the job.
Identifies training needs.
Identifies employees with potential for cross exposure.
Maintains and enhances the Associates welfare to ensure high morale.
Overseas the provisions of quality meals for Associates Dining Hall....
