Job Description
Responsibility:
- Providing courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the customers by presenting the menu, take order, suggest and recommend appropriately.
- Attend and respond to customers’ needs promptly and professionally such as presenting bills to customers, collect payment and give to the cashier, return change or credit card to customers.
- Performing general cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning glasses, furniture & fittings, laying of tables and up-keeping of the overall Hard Rock Café.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar position.
- Thorough knowledge of food safety procedures.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays, as needed.
- This position is restricted to individuals with the rights to work in Malaysia.
