Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s products and services to achieve revenue targets. This role involves identifying business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and proactive sales calls.

  • Promote hotel/resort products, packages, and services to corporate clients, travel agents, and groups.

  • Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and follow-ups to convert potential leads into confirmed bookings.

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.

  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and sales.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

  • Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to ensure business conversion.

  • Provide professional support and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Manage client feedback effectively to improve service quality and relationships.

3. Sales Administration

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.

  • Assist the Sales Manager in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.

  • Coordinate with the Reservations, Banquet, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery for confirmed bookings and events.

4. Market Awareness

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions for new promotions or pricing strategies to management.

  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the property and promote sales.
