Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies that attract new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. This role involves managing corporate accounts, group bookings, events, and partnerships to achieve the property’s sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals across all market segments (corporate, leisure, group, MICE, etc.).

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive sales calls, networking, and client relationship management.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.

  • Manage and monitor sales activities, ensuring an optimal mix of business for maximum revenue and profitability.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, travel agents, event organizers, and corporate accounts.

  • Conduct regular client visits, sales calls, and entertainments to strengthen relationships and secure repeat business.

  • Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the property and generate leads.

3. Sales Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management on a regular basis.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems.

  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to create promotional materials, packages, and campaigns aligned with sales goals.

4. Coordination with Other Departments

  • Work closely with Operations, Banquet, and Reservations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and events.

  • Communicate client expectations clearly to relevant departments to ensure service excellence.

5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Recommend strategic initiatives to maintain a competitive edge
