Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and personalized service in line with the brand’s service philosophy and core values.

  • Ensure all guests are welcomed warmly and attended to in a professional manner.

  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately, observing brand service sequences and upselling guidelines.

  • Ensure consistent adherence to brand grooming, uniform, and hygiene standards at all times.

  • Prepare restaurant or event spaces following brand setup standards and operating procedures.

  • Assist in setup and breakdown of buffets, meetings, banquets, and room service as required.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Respond to guest requests and feedback in a professional, brand-aligned manner, and escalate as necessary.

  • Collaborate closely with culinary and stewarding teams to ensure smooth service flow.

  • Comply with all brand standard operating procedures (SOPs), local regulations, and hotel policies.

  • Participate in brand and departmental training sessions to maintain service consistency and personal development.
